Start by meeting your technical needs
Regularly consulting a dictionary and reading a cable-to-tail grammar are some basic steps if you weren't necessarily the best student in school. Understanding figures of language, for example, can greatly enrich your texts. You don't have to memorize what they are, but recognizing these figures in foreign texts will help compose your repertoire over time.
Every text must have a clear purpose. Everything you add to this text should help develop the main argument of the text.
Structure your text
- Think of knowledge as a series of bricks, and your text as a construction.
- The introduction is the foundation on which to build your argument;
- The structure of the work is the development of the text itself;
Finishing is the conclusion that will make the person feel comfortable in the house you just delivered.

Know your persona
Who you write for makes a lot of difference. Having a clear and defined persona of your target audience helps a lot in directing your text.

- Separate text into subtitles : This helps the reader "scan" the part of the content that interests them.
- Make some key terms bold also to improve the “scannability” of the text.
- Write short paragraphs .
Use simple language
- Include the most commonly used keywords to search that subject in search engines like Google, but type in a natural way.
- Enrich the text with images, videos and links.
Present your text to others, ask the opinion of your friends, preferably those who have technical knowledge and honesty to give you sincere and valuable feedback.
Read and reread what you have written, if necessary read backwards. In addition to removing spelling and matching errors, also eliminate redundant and confusing sections.
Text doesn't have to be long to be good, conciseness is a competitive advantage in times of internet where we have a lot of content and readers have less and less time. If necessary rewrite portions of your article to make the text clearer and shorter.
